LIVING LEVEL ONE HELPS TO DEEPEN THE LEVEL 1 EXPERIENCE AND IS A BRIDGE TO THE ISTA LEVEL 2 INITIATION Level 1 focuses on the personality and offers ways to heal our personal stories and wounds. It focuses on ways to be more emotionally current instead of living in the past and the future. It supports us in being more present and embodied so we can show up more fully in every moment.
